Top 30 of 2008

2009 is literally just around the corner, and I have (just barely!) finished my end-of-year mix. From house and dance pop to electro and progressive, this set features thirty of my favorite songs from the past year. Though i had an awfully difficult time selecting just 30 favorites, I think these songs represent the best of what I've been listening to over the past 365 days. Have a favorite song that I forgot? Something for your holiday travels

The first of a series of genre-specific mixes, this one showcases vocal house music at its finest. There's a little bit of everything here, from disco and funky house to pop remixes and modern commercial house. It's a bit cheesy at times, but I think it's a lot of fun, and practically guaranteed to get you on your feet. Not everything featured here is brand new. Although most of it is pretty recent, I tried to choose songs that fit well together and carried the essence of classic house music. The download link & tracklist are below. I hope you enjoy!

So yeah, this is late...

I'm not sure how I neglected posting this for so long. Maybe it's just the time of year. In any case, this is a mix of mainstream and electro remixes I put together more than a month ago now. It's little poppier than normal (at least until the halfway point), but that's OK. There are actually quite a few really good songs on it, so I suggest you give it a listen and see what you think!
