Pride 2K14

My second Pride weekend in a row kicks off today, and I'm happy to present the perfect soundtrack for your own Pride weekend.

Pop, progressive, and electro dance tunes blend together like the club kids, gay families, drag queens, and allies who will be venturing out this weekend in the colorful tapestry that is Pride.  Take at least a moment to reflect on where we were ten years ago, and the amazing progress that has been made.  Marvel at the diversy of people who will come together this weekend to celebrate and stand together as one.  Then turn down the lights, turn up the music, and dance like there's no tomorrow.  Happy Pride!

Unconditional Revolution

I can't believe it's been nearly four months since I've posted a mix here.  Where does the time go?  I certainly hope it was worth the wait.

I fear it may be painfully obvious that I first started working on this back in March.  Several of the songs here were getting major airplay a month or two ago.  However, even though they may be a bit past their prime at this point, I think the remixes are quality enough that none of the songs here should sound too out-of-date.  And I'm sure there are at least a few tracks here that should be new to most people.

I'm really hoping to post my annual pride mix by Friday the 27th, so watch for that.  Four months since the last mix, and now two weeks to wait for another?  Yeah, that's random.
