Since I know a lot of you have been wanting (and waiting for) this, I'm posting the mix from last weekend's very last Foam Party. For being an extremely last-minute affair, I think it all came together quite nicely. This may be the last 4-hour mix I ever put together, and although it was rushed, I'm fairly happy with it, and I think it definitely contains most of my favorite songs to be released in the past 9 months.This mix also represents the end of an era. Earlier this month, the Cardinal's infamous foam parties came to an end with the closing of the club. On top of that, Saturday's party is the last one that will ever happen on the deck. With that said, I'm not certain that I'll ever attend another foam party anywhere. If someone is going to step up and offer to throw one, I'll be there. But this may very well be the end for me. We had a good run - a crazy, intense, and exhausting run - but in the end, we did something not many others can claim to have done. We threw the wildest parties imaginable, and nobody who attended will ever forget them. I think that's saying something!
